Claire opened Cellier in 2009 in a small corner shop near the old market. Tom joined a few years later, and together we moved the cellar to its current home. Since then we've filled the shelves with growers' wines, craft beers and characterful spirits — tasting, talking and advising. Every bottle here is one we'd happily open at our own table.
